I hate snow.
I've never really built anything with snow. The only thing I remember creating is a snowman with my dad. We rolled the snow around the yard and snowmen never really look like they do in the movies. Our had dead grass and dirt all over it. It looked pitiful. It lasted for a few days and then he died. Sad day. I've always wanted to make an igloo. It would take a while to make but I think it would totally worth it. It would also be cool to make a treasure chest with snow treasure. I don't know why I would like that but it seems awesome.
Hidden lair!
I was leaving the school one day when I noticed a little trapdoor in the floor. I was surprised and curious as to what might be in there. I was also scared because there might be dead bodies in there. But me being adventurous, I decided to go down in there because I didn't have to catch a bus home. When I opened the door, there was a dusty old staircase made of wood. When I stepped onto the first step, it made a loud CREAK! After that, I was hesitant because I didn't want to get caught. After going down about 10-15 stairs, I was finally at the bottom. It was a cold cement floor. When I looked up, I noticed that there was a small card table and all the teachers were sitting there playing poker.

Thanksgiving!
Thanksgiving is known for eating. Eating way too much. On Thanksgiving, I look forward to seeing family. Especially my little 6 year old cousin, Justin. Kids always say the cutest things but Justin says much cuter stuff. He always knows how to make me laugh. None of the foods seem to disappear because there's not many people at our Thanksgiving. There's me, Mom, Dad, my brother Gary, Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Mary Ann, Uncle Don, Cheryl, Ashley, James, and Justin. It sounds like a lot but it's really not. There's only one dish I won't eat. It's the deviled eggs, they are disgusting. I'm usually a picky eater but on Thanksgiving, I go all out.

Every rose has its thorn!
This past week went by extremely slow. I thought it would never end. Monday was a bad day just because it was Monday. Tuesday was a little better, couldn't be too bad since it was closer to Friday! Wednesday was definitely a rose because I got to see my lovely AJ at church. She always know how to brighten my day. Thursday was a rose also because I go to the fire house every Thursday. It was a good night because we went over a lot of stuff like extrication tools, water beds, and how to work the truck. Friday was a rose too because it was the beginning of the weekend! And last but definitely not least, Saturday night was the best rose of the whole week. I went to Texas Roadhouse with Roop and RC. Then we went to Walmart afterwards and screwed around. It was definitely fun hanging out with just the guys! NO DRAMA! :D

You never know just how you look through other people's eyes.
Have you ever wanted to explore someone else's mind? Walk in their shoes? See through their eyes? I know I have. If I could choose one person, I honestly do not know who I would choose. I would just choose a random guy. I wanna know how the male mind works. Guys say that the female mind is confusing but I believe the male mind is just as complex. Even though all they are concerned about is food and girls. Another person's mind I would like to be able to read is a murderer. I want to understand just how demented and twisted they are. I want to know what thoughts run through their head when they think about killing someone.

I'm not Casper!
If I was suddenly a ghost, I would mess with a lot of people. I would drive a car in the middle of Peoria and watch everyone look at my car and wonder where the driver is. I would go to Walmart and push a cart around and put random items in it. I would go clothes shopping and put on different clothes and freak a bunch of people out. I would also be a friendly ghost. Only certain people would be able to see me and I would be their best friend. Although none of this would ever happen because ghosts do not exist. Demonic presences do.

3 Wishes for others!
So I've been granted three wishes. But the catch is I can't wish for stuff for myself. I have to wish stuff for others. This could be hard considering that I have a lot of stuff I would wish for. But for my first wish, I would give it to the people who are trying to find the cure for cancer. I'm sure they could really use a wish. I chose this one because I've lost a lot of people to cancer. It would be nice to find the cure and stop the sorrow from happening to other families. My second wish would go to all the kids out there who can't afford to go to college and pursue their dreams. Some people throw money around like it's nothing while there's other people out there that are pinching their every penny. I can't imagine what it would be like to be told that I can't go to college and be who I wanna be. So that's what my second wish is for. My third wish would go to my grandparents. They've been married for 52 years and they are still madly in love. My grandpa still looks at my grandma like it was the first time. I'm giving my third wish to them because they've been through a lot over the years and they need a well deserved vacation to a destination of their choice.

Take me back to my home sweet home.
I've lived in the same house all my life. My parents moved in there in 1993 and I was born in 1995. Before they bought the house we live in now, they lived in Eureka for a few years. And before that, they lived all the way in Nashville, TN. But I'm thinking the house we live in now is our permanent home. After I graduate, I'm probably gonna move to Rockford so I can go to college there. Then I'll move back in the Central Illinois area. Probably not in Washburn, I'll most likely get a small house or apartment in Spring Bay so I can volunteer at the fire department. But my home will always be the house I grew up in. :)

Villains!
When I think of villains, I think of Happy Gilmore and the guy that wanted the gold jacket at the end of the golf tournament. I believe his name was Shooter McGavin. I don't really think he had a lot of friends in high school. He was more of the loner that sat all by himself in the cafeteria. If he was involved in any clubs, I could see him in the chess club or nerd club or on the golf team. An experience that happened to him in high school that helped turn him evil would just be the fact that he was shunned by everyone because everyone thought he was weird. Even the teachers didn't talk to him. That's how weird he was. But more specifically, he probably lost the golf tournament for his whole golf team in high school and that's why no one talks to him.

Where's Waldo?
Where's Waldo?! Well I'm gonna tell you. People always believe the common myth that he's hiding on a book page behind other people, buildings, or bushes. The real story is he was born on July 23rd, 1967. His dad was a drunk and his mom had serious anger issues. He spent his life hiding in his room so he wouldn't have to listen to his parents bicker and fight. He had to deal with that his whole life up until he was 20. That's when he said, "SCREW THIS! I'm leaving." So he packed up all his stuff and set out to the island of Fiji. Once he got there, he was overwhelmed by the sense of freedom that had overcome him. He didn't know what to do with himself. And it was when he was just walking around that he met this amazing girl named Gartee. Needless to say, they got hitched and popped out a few critters. Hopefully that answers the famous question of "Where's Waldo?"

Teachers as teenagers? No way...
I could never imagine Mrs. Taylor as a teenager. She always seems so adult-like. And she likes to get down to business in her classes and she doesn't like to waste time. When I imagine her as a teenager, I think she was very on task and somewhat organized. She also seems like she would be like a straight A student. I don't think she would be involved in sports. She would most likely be involved in clubs like the English club and smart people club. :P I don't think she would be the kind of teenager to get in trouble. I kinda see her as a goody two shoes. I don't know if I would be friends with her. Depends on what she was really like.

The living dead!
If a zombie outbreak were to happen, I honestly don't know what I would do. I've never really thought about it. But now I am forced to think about the impossible. I would probably hide out because I wouldn't be able to defend myself against a large oncoming group of zombies. To kill a zombie, I think it would take more than just using your bare hands. I think you would need some form of weaponry. Or if you have a car, just use that to hit them! The only people in my survival group would be my closest friends because I trust them the most to protect themselves and me. I don't think the world can withstand the zombie apocalypse. They will probably take over and rule the earth.

Your Future Is Tasty!
I always thought fortune cookies always had cheesy advice that doesn't even apply to my life. If I could invent a fortune cookie, I would put, "You only live twice." I know the song goes, "You only live once" but that's completely incorrect. If you're a christian, you believe in the eternal after life in Heaven. So there's a life here on Earth that everybody has the chance of living. But if you don't get saved here on Earth, there's no way of making it to your second life. And the second life is going to be 100 times better than the one of Earth. I'm just saying. :)

Top Myths About Teenagers
A most believed myth about teenagers is that we are all thugs. In 8th grade, we all went and interviewed an elderly person at Snyder Village nursing home. I interviewed a lady named Mary and she was 101 years old. I asked her what she thought about today's teenagers and she said that all teenagers go around pointing guns at each other. She probably thought that because the only teenagers she saw were the ones on the TV that get in trouble all the time. There is no truth in this because I for one do not points guns at people. I point them at targets when I go shooting. Another myth believed about teenagers is that all of them do drugs and get wasted. That might be true for some. But there is some kids I know that don't do any of that garbage including myself. I just don't see the point in it.

How's School?
So far, my school year has been fantastic. I got to take most of the classes that I wanted to take this year, which is always a plus. My most challenging classes would have to be English and Algebra. They have always been hard classes for me because I'm not good at writing and equations and all that jazz. The classes that I find the easiest are U.S. History and French. The teacher that gives the most homework is Mrs. Nauman in Marine Bio and Ms. Borchardt in Algebra 2. I get homework almost every night in those classes. I think I'll do well in my classes except for Algebra. In the past years of my high school experience, I've kind of been a slacker. This year I plan on getting all my homework done and paying attention in class. I want to do well so I can get into a good college and start a new chapter of my life after school. :)
